This website is owned and operated by Emily Soley and any references in this website to “we”, “us” and “our” or "the artist" refer to Emily Soley of Draw my Home.

1. Commission Process: Upon commissioning a house portrait illustration from Draw my Home, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property or venue to be depicted. Any additional customisation requests must be communicated clearly and agreed upon in writing before commencement of the illustration process.

2. Payment: Payment for commissioned house portraits are due in full 7 days after receiving an invoice. Payment for prints are due at the time of placing the order. Failure to provide payment may result in delays or cancellation of the commission.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights: Draw my Home retains full copyright and ownership of all house portrait illustrations created. Clients receive a non-exclusive, personal use license to display and share the illustration. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the illustration without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Prints of commissioned illustrations are available to purchase.

4. Refunds and Revisions: Due to the personalised nature of our house portraits, refunds are not available once work has commenced. However, we strive for client satisfaction and are happy to accommodate reasonable revision requests within the scope of the original agreement.

5. Delivery and damage: Completed house portrait illustrations will be delivered in safe and secure packaging via AusPost Express Shipping and are to be signed for upon delivery - within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any damage incurred during transit is our responsibility and we will do our best to recreate your portrait for you as soon as we can.

6. Communication: Open and timely communication is essential throughout the commission process. Clients agree to respond promptly to inquiries and provide feedback as needed to ensure the successful completion of their house portrait illustration.

7. Liability: While every effort is made to accurately depict the client's property, Draw my Home cannot be held responsible for discrepancies or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

8. Amendments to Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated at any time at the discretion of Draw my Home. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to commissioning a house portrait illustration
